Tradeview Forex Basic Information
Tradeview Forex, like Ikon Global Royal Division, is a division of Ikon Global Markets, inc. This means that Tradeview Forex is not an individually regulated firm. Their website looks better than that of Ikon Global Royal Division, but the same issues with going with a division of a company rather than the company itself are still present.
They allow accounts to be funded via credit card, paper check, paypal or bank wire. They use a dealing desk model with variable spreads. Although they claim to have 24 hours support, it is very difficult to get a hold of someone via chat or phone during the day. They also allow traders to trade vanilla options.
Update: Tradeview Forex is no longer accepting clients in the US or Canada. They are not registered with the NFA or the CFTC
Review of Tradeview Forex
I would be wary of trading with a division of another company rather than directly with that entity. Ikon Global Markets seems to have several small divisions with different websites running forex programs. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, but tends to be lacking.
Tradeview Forex Tools
They offer no additional forex tools. They offer traders MetaTrader 4 as a platformer as well as MetaTrader 4 mobile, Metatrader Expert Adviser, Core Options to trade vanilla options and Ikon Platinum which has premium charts.
Trade view Forex Spreads
Spreads are variable based on market conditions and account size Education The offer a glossary of forex terms but no real webinars or courses.
Regulation
Tradeview Forex is not a registered with the NFA, nor is it regulated by the CFTC.
